Regent Residences Dubai: A Sculptural Addition to the Business Bay Skyline
Set to rise along the edge of Marasi Marina in Dubai’s dynamic Business Bay district, the Regent Residences Dubai promises to be a striking new landmark on the city’s ever-evolving waterfront. Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sankari Properties and IHG Hotels & Resorts, the twin 180-metre towers offer a bold architectural statement — one that embraces opulence, innovation, and panoramic living.
The two residential skyscrapers are not only defined by their height, but by the dramatic sky bridge that links them at the penthouse level — an enclosed swimming pool that forms part of a sprawling ultra-luxury penthouse suite. This elevated connection not only provides an exclusive private experience but also introduces a sculptural silhouette that distinguishes the project from its neighbours.
Each tower will host a limited number of apartments, one residence per floor, each oriented to capture uninterrupted vistas across the city. Views of sunrise and sunset, and direct sightlines toward the Burj Khalifa, are maximised through thoughtful orientation and expansive glazing.
A standout feature of the towers is their distinctive façade, animated by staggered, cantilevered terraces with private pools that appear to cascade down the elevations. This flowing arrangement evokes a sense of movement, mimicking the qualities of water and adding a kinetic visual rhythm to the structure.

The project is anchored by a landscaped podium level, designed to complement the marina promenade while offering residents access to lush green spaces, tranquil water features, private dining areas, fitness facilities, and a curated mix of retail and wellness offerings. The development joins a growing cluster of high-end residential projects in the area, including the Vela and Vela Viento towers, also designed by Foster + Partners.
