Waddington Custot - Landon Metz: Being Infinite / Arnaud Rivieren: Steel Life

Custot Gallery Dubai, established by French gallerist, art dealer, and director of Waddington Custot Galleries in London, Stéphane Custot, showcases an engaging array of contemporary European and American art in various media and materials. The gallery is dedicated to fostering ongoing creative dialogue and exchange between the Middle East and the global art community.

Recent exhibitions from a visit to the gallery featured Arnaud Rivieren’s ‘Steel Life,’ marking the artist's second solo show there, and Landon Metz’s ‘Being Infinite,’ created in partnership with Christie’s Middle East.

Arnaud Rivieren: ‘Steel Life’

‘Steel Life,’ the artist's second solo exhibition at Custot Gallery, continues the themes from his earlier show, ‘Natural Sublime.’ It introduces new organic forms and production methods, adding a fresh layer of complexity and depth to Rivieren’s work.

Landon Metz: ‘Being Infinite’

In collaboration with Christie’s Middle East, Custot Gallery Dubai unveiled the region's first major solo exhibition of American artist Landon Metz. This new series of works was created specifically for the exhibit, emphasizing the viewer's emotional experience. In a realm where language often falls short of encapsulating even the slightest feelings, ‘Being Infinite’ explores the rich insights of an artist confronting the profound questions of our existence: who we are, why we are, and where we are headed.
